This cable is intended for DMX lighting equipment fitted with 3-pin XLR control connections and IEC power connectors. As it uses 3-pin DMX, check the connections on your fixtures before ordering if your setup requires 5-pin DMX. The combined design provides a practical DMX power cable for linking compatible fixtures, while the 120ohm DMX specification is suited to lighting-control signals rather than standard audio connections. This is not a PowerCON DMX cable, so fixtures requiring PowerCON power connections will need a different cable type.
