In my position as the Customer Service Manager at Venue Lights (Destiny Entertainments Ltd) , I contribute over ten years of expertise in the sound and lighting sector. When I initially joined Destiny in 2013, I hadn’t envisioned building a career in this field. Yet, as time passed, my enthusiasm for the industry deepened, significantly influenced by my colleagues.

During my younger years, I frequently attended live music events, but it was only after starting at Destiny that I began to fully understand and appreciate the detailed efforts behind producing top-notch sound and lighting. Now, I take great pride in being part of a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service and top-quality equipment in the entertainment sector.

My role as Customer Service Manager is multifaceted. Primarily, I focus on ensuring our customers receive excellent support and continuously seek ways to enhance our services. Additionally, I lend my support across various business areas, including operations, human resources, and purchasing. I enjoy the dynamic nature of my role, constantly learning and adapting to meet new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
